Verification date
The financial model and participation terms are discussed individually.
Project partnerships
Our website provides an initial introduction and a path to individual negotiations on specific verified projects. There are currently no public funding opportunities.

Current opportunities
We publish verified information only. A project's stage is not a promise of winning, returns or a contract award.
If you are interested in future supply, tender or construction projects, contact us for an initial introduction and a discussion of possible partnership arrangements.
Individual negotiations
This section includes projects with a verified contract, contractor and separately checked financial model.
Preliminary stage
Only projects selected for participation may appear here. A project card does not indicate a procurement win or readiness for funding discussions.
The financial model and participation terms are discussed individually.
Materials
The document set depends on the project and disclosure terms. An initial inquiry does not automatically grant access to documents.
Documents confirming the current stage, project scope and contracting legal entity.
A verified financial model, use of funds and sequence of delivery.
Material risks, reporting procedures and terms for cooperation between the parties.
Project contact
Bekzat Aidar is the founder of ADTC, with more than 6 years of experience in tenders, procurement and supply project support.
The initial inquiry helps clarify the investor's interest and determine which materials from a specific project can be shared for review.

Inquiry
Contact Bekzat Aidar through your preferred channel. If you have selected a specific project, we will clarify your interest and the available materials; otherwise, we will discuss possible future partnership arrangements.
An initial inquiry does not constitute a contract, document disclosure or agreement on funding terms.
Risks
Participation in a commercial project involves risks, including changes in timing, costs, procurement terms and counterparties' actions. Known material risks are not hidden from a public project card; if a safe description is not possible, the project is not published.
The website does not accept money, enter into investment agreements or promise returns or repayment.
Legal entities
ADTC is a brand and service area. For certain projects, Eurasia Line LLP, a separate legal entity, may act as the contractor. The contractor, terms and responsibilities are defined and verified separately for each project.
Before specific funding terms are made public, the model and documents require a separate legal review.
