Procurement requirements review
We review the technical specification, document set and deadlines. Before preparing a bid, we identify questions about participation terms and potential restrictions.
China — Kazakhstan
We help align a manufacturer's offer with the requirements of a specific project in Kazakhstan: equipment, documentation, commercial terms and supply coordination.
To get started, send a catalog or equipment model and a brief task description. For a specific procurement, include the link and submission deadline.

Focused support
The scope is defined by the product, procurement procedure and each participant's role.
We review the technical specification, document set and deadlines. Before preparing a bid, we identify questions about participation terms and potential restrictions.
We compare the model and characteristics, record discrepancies and request clarification from the manufacturer. We prepare a compliance table for the project discussion.
We clarify included components, the commercial offer, production lead times, documents and route. We coordinate with supply participants under an agreed plan.
How to get started
Participation options and requirements are checked for each specific procurement. ADTC does not promise a win, sales volumes or exclusive market rights.
Transport, customs clearance and special permits are handled by the relevant specialist participants. Their roles and responsibilities are defined separately.
For certain projects, Eurasia Line LLP, a separate legal entity, may act as the contractor. Its documents and licenses are not ADTC's licenses. The contractor and contractual arrangement are defined for each project.
